Whether you are at your tennis club, in your city or your country, or far from all of it, simply focus on your tennis court and your game. There are those who feel more comfortable when they play tennis locally, while others prefer to play tennis as visitors. We all have certain preferences for different tennis clubs and places. That doesn’t matter. Just play tennis and set yourself apart from it all.
As tennis players, it is possible to arrive at any tennis club in any country of the world, and even though we are physically away from home, there is still something familiar. What is that “something?” Tennis courts and tennis clubs have a similar environment anywhere, no matter where you are in the globe. Concentrate on your tennis court. Avoid looking at what happens outside of it, and even less so on the adjoining courts. Look at the ball, and look at it well. Put it in the foreground right from the first point.
